Sit back, settle into a comfortable place, begin to focus on your breathing..........
as you settle into this meditation journey.
Just as we know our bodies may benefit from a detox, it is just as important to allow our emotions to have their own detoxifying process.

I wrote this series of affirmations and chose this lovely rain music to gently offer a cleansing, releasing experience.

This track is most effective when you can fully settle into the experience of imagining yourself in a shower, or warm waterfall and each time you inhale and exhale you are taking in cleansing energy and exhaling all that no longer serves you.

The process of detoxing resentment and other emotions that can become toxic is, I believe, an ongoing important resource for healing. This Wash Away meditation is simply affirmations relevant to this letting go process with plenty of time in between the spoken word to allow you to sense and visualize releasing, letting go, detoxing your mind body and spirit. The music includes the sound of rain to enhance that feeling of washing away.
