This may be the most beautiful and moving meditation I've ever done. Found myself nodding in agreement and smiling and crying. Really identified with so many things in here. Perfect. I've had a lot of negative stuff going on and this is what I've been trying to do, focus on and give thanks for everything that is good. I will be bookmarking this and listening often. The music is wonderful too, very soothing with that underlying canon from the piano, and the way it stops at the end is just perfect. Thank you. More than I have words. I am grateful for this meditation xxx
