Such wonderful guidance! I find many sleep meditations to be frustrating because they often say things like "feel yourself relaxing." Often I am not able to relax and I end up getting kind of mad instead of sleeping. Your languaging, pace, and tone is perfect.
This is so perfect for a gentle sleep, especially a midday nap. Sometimes my mind gets too busy to relax but your soothing voice and wonderful guidance is exactly what's needed. I especially love the continuation of relaxing music at the end - even though I'm usually fast asleep way before then. :)

Deep Into Sleep
In response to requests for a longer sleep meditation, this audio includes a longer initial introduction, extended body relaxation and guided imagery journey to the sea, as well as many soothing sleep affirmations.
This track is 36 minutes of guiding, and then an additional 10 minutes of sleep music and ocean waves to help you when you need extra time to wind down and drift into sleep.

Dr. Rubin Naimin writes a wonderful book on sleep called “Healing Night. See his youtube video above. He speaks about sleeping and dreaming as our essential resource for divine connection. When we don’t have that restful dream sleep--our soul yearns for that sustenance.

insomnia is a primary cause of depression.
