I think of the wise woman as the archetypal mother who is always there to love us and nurture us.

When we are guided by the wise woman, we can relax into a voice of reassurance, of being reminded of our unique worth,  and our divine essence.  

As the quote says "To love someone is to learn the song in their heart and sing it back to them when they have forgotten."

The wise woman reminds you of the "song in your heart."
